Norman Levine,

After receiving his medical degree from
the University of Medicine and Dentistry
of New Jersey (UMDNJ), Dr. Levine
completed his Radiology residency at
Northwestern Memorial Hospital in
Chicago. Following his residency, he
completed a Vascular/Interventional
Radiology Fellowship.
As a result, Dr. Levine is experienced
in performing various interventional
procedures, such as angiography,
non-cardiac angioplasty and stenting,
hemodialysis access care, venous access,
uterine and other embolizations,
inferior vena cava filters, genito-urinary
intervention, hepatobiliary intervention
and biopsies.

Jerry S. Chang, M.D., MRI/Body
Imager
Dr.
Chang received his medical
degree at SUNY Upstate Medical
University. He completed his
Internship at St. Vincent’s
Medical Center, followed by a
Residency at the University of
Maryland Medical System. He
completed a Fellowship in Body
MRI at NYU Medical Center.

Sam Mayerfield, M.D.,
Neuroradiologist
Dr. Mayerfield received his
medical degree from the
Universite de Paris. He
completed a Diagnostic Radiology
Internship and Residency at
Lenox Hill Hospital, followed by
a Residency in Emergency
Medicine at Overlook Hospital.
Additionally, he completed his
Fellowship in Neuroradiology
with additional training in
Interventional Radiology at
UMDNJ.

Dale R. Kozinn, M.D., Breast
Imager
Dr. Kozinn received her medical
degree from SUNY Downstate
Medical Center, and completed
her internship and residency at
Baystate Medical Center, an
affiliate of Tufts University
Medical School. She also
completed a Breast Imaging and
Diagnostic Imaging Fellowship at
Brown University. With more than
15 years of experience in Breast
Imaging, Dr. Kozinn will serve
as The Breast Center’s physician
leader/champion.

Dr.
Quackenbush received her medical
degree from the University of
North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
She completed her Radiology
residency at The New York
Hospital- Cornell Medical
Center, followed by

fellowship training in Breast
and Body Imaging at Memorial
Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center.

Gene Han, M.D., Musculoskeletal
Radiologist
Dr.
Han received his medical degree
from the NYU School of Medicine
in 1999. Following his residency
in diagnostic radiology at
Northwestern University Medical
Center in Chicago, IL, he
completed a fellowship in
musculoskeletal radiology at The
Hospital for Special Surgery of
New York Hospital/Cornell
University Medical Center in New
York, NY.

Athena Lantz, M.D., MRI/Body
Imager
Dr.
Lantz received her medical
degree from The Mount Sinai
School of Medicine. She
completed her Internship in
Internal Medicine at Beth Israel
Medical Center and her Residency
in Radiology at the University
of Medicine & Dentistry – Robert
Wood Johnson Medical School. She
was an Instructor at Johns
Hopkins University for Body-MRI
Fellowship. Most recently, Dr.
Lantz worked in the Department
of Radiology at Passaic Beth
Israel Hospital and St. Joseph's
Hospital & Medical Center.

William D. Ko, M.D.
Dr.
William Ko is a native of New
York who has been dedicated to
the practice of women's imaging
since completing a fellowship in
Breast Imaging at Brigham and
Women's Hospital and Dana Farber
Institute in 1997, two Harvard
Medical School teaching
hospitals. He graduated
from the six year accelerated
combined college and medical
school program at Boston
University, and is board
certified in Radiology with
added subspecialty qualification
in Neuroradiology and Head &
Neck Radiology
